What Makes Me Special?
Proven results! As an alternatively certified educator, my perspective and approach to achieving results is non-traditional but very effective. I was awarded Teacher of the Year, High School Level, my second year in the profession. I was nominated Professional of the Year, High School Level, my first year in the position. I was nominated Teacher of the Year, Elementary School Level, my second year in the position at the elementary level. I don’t just talk about results, I build relationships, analyze data, identify patterns, and develop strategic solutions that address the necessary issues to get the desired outcome not only for me, but for all of the students, teachers, and leaders that I serve. Coachees consistently out perform their colleagues within the first year of support. Many have received awards or been promoted to school level, district level, or system-level leadership roles as a result of their improved outcomes.
My mission is to help as many teachers, leaders, and business owners achieve accelerated success with increased impact and sustainable results!
